OrbyAwards for Excellence Presented to Eight Banking and Healthcare Partners/Clients Along with Induction to OrboGraph Hall of Fame

Billerica, MA, June 7, 2017 – OrboGraph, a premier developer and supplier of intelligent electronic/paper automation solutions in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), as well as recognition solutions, image validation and check fraud detection for the U.S. check processing market, recently presented its OrbyAwards for excellence and inducted eight recipients to the OrboGraph Hall of Fame at the Orbograph Client Conference in Atlanta GA.

Individuals and organizations receiving OrbyAwards were selected based on astounding achievements in their award categories. Winners are listed below along with a link to their acceptance speeches:

“I value our OrboGraph partnership so strongly,” stated Kristin Weir, in accepting the Healthcare Business Partner of the Year OrbyAward on behalf of TriZetto Healthcare Systems. “Through our partnership with OrboGraph, we’re going to see tremendous growth where we connect to more than three hundred thousand providers.  Every single one of them is going to have the opportunity to use this solution.”

“Working with OrboGraph has been a pleasure,” stated Belinda Collins in accepting the Healthcare Banking Partner Award on behalf of BB&T. “Prior to working with OrboGraph, we had limited capability with regard to EOB processing…expanded data capture is just really huge for our clients.”

Accepting the New Partner/Client of the Year OrbyAward on behalf of Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union was Glenn Wheeler.  “It was really all around the CAR/LAR and MICR recognition that we are now utilizing OrboGraph for as a key component for our TranzCapture product.”

Accepting the Check Processing Innovation Partner of the Year OrbyAward on behalf of Wausau Financial Systems was Cindy Young and Darren Snodgrass. “Receiving the OrbyAward means that all of the hard work we put in along with OrboGraph is valued,” says Young.

Snodgrass adds, “From a payee recognition perspective, implementing OrboGraph Payee Recognition is going to save our client base a lot in labor costs. We’re in the process of implementing it for two very large banks with our host for the lockbox platforms. We’re looking to continue reselling our enhanced capabilities that we’re adding to our remittance and items processing platforms.”

“We chose a select vendor to work with us throughout the project and we’ve achieved absolute success,” says Mike Barnes, accepting the OrboGraph Innovation Customer of the Year OrbyAward: Check Processing on behalf of IBERIABANK. “We’ve gained a lot of efficiencies through working with OrboGraph, such as our CAR/LAR read rates have gone up tremendously, allowing us to reduce the number of workforce that previously had to key items. They’ve also allowed us to offer additional products, such as Payee Positive Pay which actually lifts the payee name off the check, as well as Medical Lockbox.”
