Job Description

In our mission to develop the next level of recognition and fraud detection solutions and strive to improve and enrich its product offering in the check processing market in the US, as well as provide check recognition and fraud detection solutions to banks in countries other than the United States, OrboGraph is seeking for a C++ Software Engineer developer to grow with the company by taking part in developing its deep learning based recognition and fraud detection solutions.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Work with the Check Solutions development team
• Participate in the agile/scrum development process
• Develop several components of OrboGraph’s recognition & fraud detection solution
• Be responsible primarily - but not solely - on the development of web services, tools, and recognition & fraud detection features
• Support production with existing customers
• Support pilots, tests, and POC’s with additional potential customers

Qualifications

• Required
  • Sc in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems
  • Between 3 to 7 years experience in C++
  • Experience in complex systems
  • Experience in mission critical 24x7 production systems

• Ideal, but not required
  • Experience in .NET/C#
  • Experience in Java
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server: tables, views, stored procedures, jobs, triggers.
  • Experience in algorithms / image processing
  • Experience in development of web services, including security/authentication aspects
  • Sc in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems
  • Experience in deep learning based solutions
  • Experience in working in a CLOUD environment (preferred Amazon Cloud)
  • Experience in agile/scrum development processes
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
