Poll Asks: What are the Greatest Revenue Cycle Management Challenges?
An expansive poll underwritten by OrboGraph has revealed some of the successes and challenges in adoption of electronic business practices — specifically EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) in the Healthcare billing space.
Among the most intriguing findings:
- Nearly 40% of surveyed participants were dissatisfied with the efficiency of paper EOP processing.
- In spite of the clear potential for cost savings, hospitals with bed size less than 100 are not engaged in electronic business transformation projects.
- In their feedback, most executives were “bullish on EDI implementation progress.”
