Orbograph Expands Healthcare Payments Division with Addition of Mike Gelbwachs
Billerica, MA, October 15, 2013 – Orbograph, a premier supplier of recognition solutions for the U.S. check processing market as well as electronic/paper automation solutions in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), announced today that Mr. Mike Gelbwachs has joined the company in the position of Senior Sales Executive – Healthcare Payments to support the growing demand for Orbograph solutions by billers, clearinghouses and healthcare providers. Mr. Gelbwachs comes with a wealth of experience within the healthcare industry, having spent the last eleven years at Experian Corporation where he was responsible for achieving impressive growth of the company’s business in the market by 20-40% each year.
As part of his business development role, Mr. Gelbwachs will be advising clients on improving Explanation of Benefit (EOB) processing along with the implementation of EFT/ACH/ERA Reassociation. New Healthcare Operating Rules for EFT & ERA and NACHA’s TRN Association in ANSI X12 835 TR3 V5010 are aimed at streamlining the reassociation of payments and remittances so healthcare providers can automatically reconcile patient accounting systems to online bank accounts.
