However, anecdotally, we’ve heard that folks may not really care so much about it right now. WHAT??? Yeah, it’s true. Many providers just think that their practic management system will handle it later. And while financial institutions offering medical lockbox are taking steps with their ACH software vendors to ensure this functionality will be inside the ACH payment, there is a certain malaise due to the amount of time to the end of the year, while others are overlooking it because it’s a small percentage of the ACH transaction total.
