Peter Davey

Peter Davey - Head of Innovation, The Clearing House

Peter Davey leads payment innovation at The Clearing House where he is responsible for working with financial institutions and partners to foster new and innovative concepts that propel the payment industry forward. He has a deep understanding of the payments industry, including rules and regulations around all payments networks, payments systems and technologies, and how these systems work.

Previous to The Clearing House, Peter was the Head of Payment Strategy Innovation & Industry at Capital One Financial Corporation. He provides thought leadership in many payment forums and speaking engagements across the industry and is a featured keynote speaker at many events.

Tom Dean - SVP and GM of B to B Payments, Change Healthcare

Tom Dean is SVP and GM of B to B Payments at Change Healthcare where he manages a division of the company that is charged with distributing payments worth about $130 Billion per year from healthcare payers to healthcare providers.  Prior to Change Healthcare from Revenue Management Solutions where he served as President and CEO for 6 years.  RMS is a leading provider of healthcare related cash management solutions to banks.  Prior to RMS, Tom served as CEO of Critical Technologies.  Critical Technologies is a specialized ASP archive service now a part of GE.  Prior to CTI Tom was Executive VP of Advanced Financial Solutions, a company providing payment processing solutions to banks.  Tom managed sales, marketing, implementations and business development.  During his seven years at AFS, Tom was instrumental in growing the company from $3 million in sales to $100 million in sales at the time the company was acquired by Metavante.

Paul A. Carrubba - Partner, Adams and Reese LLP

Paul Carrubba is Of Counsel in the law firm of Adams and Reese LLP.  His primary focus is on Banking Law and legal issues dealing with payments system laws and regulations and bank operations issues.  He has over 46 years of experience in the banking industry as a Bank Operations Manager, a consultant, an author, and an attorney.  Mr. Carrubba is the author of six books including: Revised UCC Article 3 and 4, A Banker’s Guide to Checks and Principles of Banking.  He is the co-author, with Dan Fisher, of both Remote Deposit Capture – Practical Considerations and most recently, Risk Management Series – Remote Deposit Capture.

John Leekley - CEO & Founder, Remote Deposit Capture

John has over 20 years experience in cash management, product management, strategy and development, and general banking. Prior to starting RemoteDepositCapture.com, John held positions at HSBC Bank USA, Bankers Trust / Deutsche Bank, PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting, and has conducted independent consulting engagements for numberous Financial Institutions. John has also served as an advisor to the FFIEC regarding RDC and RDC Risk Management. John earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Since founding RemoteDepositCapture.com, John has been a featured speaker at numerous industry user conferences, annual meetings, and industry gatherings. He is a primary resource to, and has been a featured speaker with the FFIEC, FDIC, US Treasury, Office of Thrift Supervision and the National Credit Union Administration. John was a key resource to the FFIEC and assisted in the development of the FFIEC's RDC Risk Management Guidelines and has trained of 1,200 audiors.

Paul has been a banker, management consultant and strategist for over 30 years, with the majority of his experience coming from various positions within the banking industry. He has advised hundreds of banks and vendors on business and technology strategies. He is a passionate advocate that hope is not a strategy and creating business value through technology. CCG Catalyst has grown significantly over the years. In addition to maintaining the firm’s traditional consulting of business and technologies strategies, Paul has added innovation and emerging bank technologies as a focus consulting differentiator.

Robert Bowman - CORE Director, CAQH

Bob Bowman is the Director of CAQH CORE, a non-profit alliance of healthcare industry leaders whose mission is the creation and adoption of healthcare operating rules that support standards, accelerate interoperability, and align administrative and clinical activities among providers, payers and consumers. Bob oversees the CORE Rule development process; directs the CORE Certification program, which was designed to demonstrate adoption of the CORE rules; serves as a CORE liaison to the standard development organizations (SDOs); is a member of the Board of Directors of WEDI – Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange; and supports CORE’s industry education and outreach.  Prior to joining CAQH CORE, Bob served as the EDI manager for Humana, Inc.  He also worked as an implementation manager – implementing EDI, Web, and HIPAA projects for state, federal, and commercial clients across the country.

Jeffrey Daigrepont - Senior Vice President, The Coker Group

Jeffery Daigrepont, EFMP, CMPE, is a senior vice president at Coker Group, specializes in healthcare automation, system integration, operations, and deployment of enterprise information systems for large integrated delivery networks. A popular national speaker, Jeffery is frequently engaged by highly-respected organizations across the nation, including many non-profit trade associations and state medical societies

Mr. Daigrepont authored a top-selling book, Complete Guide and Toolkit to Successful EHR Adoption, published by Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) in 2011 and was a contributing author to Coker’s book, The Healthcare Executive’s Guide to ACO Strategy, published in March 2012. Mr. Daigrepont is often interviewed by various national media outlets and is frequently quoted in publications.

For FY09, Mr. Daigrepont chaired the Ambulatory Information Systems Steering Committee of HIMSS. In addition, as the Ambulatory Committee liaison for FY09 to the ACEC planning Committee, he represented the HIMSS Ambulatory and AISC members. Mr. Daigrepont is credentialed by the American Academy of Medical Management (AAMM) with an Executive Fellowship in Practice Management (EFMP).

Mr. Daigrepont also serves as an independent investor advisor to many of the nation’s top health care venture capitalist firms such as Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) and Silver Lake Partners.

Dr. Kennedy is the founder and director of The Tennessee Policy Market, a for-profit think tank. He also enjoys writing. His second novel is due out in 2018.

Rob has over 30 years of experience in the software and computer services industry, including over 28 years in banking. His consultative approach includes both expert development of transaction processing applications and superb client relationship management. Before joining MTS Software Solutions in April 2008, Rob was a Senior Sales Executive with Wausau Financial Systems and a Senior Relationship Manager at Fiserv in their imaging business unit. Other roles include system consulting, marketing, and sales, primarily focused on transaction processing for financial services organizations.

Wayne Koch - CEO, ProviderAlly

Wayne Koch is the President of two healthcare technology companies focused on automating the back-office of healthcare organizations as the industry transitions from a fee for service to a fee for value model. Wayne has spent his career in technology holding leadership positions at GatewayEDI (now Trizetto Provider Solutions), and various positions at IDX (currently GE Healthcare). He was the founder and CEO of Electronic Technologies, Inc. as well as his current ventures ProviderAlly, Inc. and PHIcure, Inc.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from RIT in Rochester, New York.

His global experience includes business in more than 45 countries. Vijay holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Trish Rivard is accomplished leader in healthcare revenue cycle management and technology product development with a track record of success growing both top-line Revenue and EBITDA. She recently founded Eliciting Insights, a Market Research and Consulting company, to help healthcare providers, payers and technology companies with Process Reviews, Market Insights, Competitive Analysis, Strategic Assessments and Technology Roadmap Planning

Trish holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business, where she graduated with honors. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Dartmouth College, where she graduated with high honors in Economics. Trish currently resides in Connecticut.
